Elizabeth Rechenberg
ATTORNEY
Elizabeth A. Rechenberg is a litigation attorney who engages in civil litigation, specializing in trials before Administrative Law Judges. She has extensive experience with the licensing law of professionals in the state of Missouri. In addition, Elizabeth has focused on workers compensation cases including claims against the Second Injury Fund. She has written and argued cases on appeal.
After a time from her legal career to start a family, Elizabeth has returned to the practice of law as a partner at Rechenberg Law, LLC, the trial attorneys who serve you. She practiced as an Assistant Attorney General in the fields of professional licensing, workers’ compensation and Second Injury Fund. During her tenure, Elizabeth delivered speeches state wide on Missouri’s “Sunshine Law,” Chapter 610 of the Missouri statutes on open records of public governmental entities.
