Paul Rechenberg
ATTORNEY
Paul N. Rechenberg has been practicing law for over 25 years representing individuals, privately owned and publicly traded companies, business owners and other legal entities. He has tried multiple cases to state and federal juries on a variety of complex commercial litigation and personal injury litigation cases. Paul has represented public and private sector clients in state and federal court on a variety of legal issues, including employment discrimination claims, civil rights violations, restrictive covenants, general civil and commercial litigation, wrongful death, and personal injury. With this specialty in civil litigation and trial work, Paul has the expertise to represent you and your business with any of your litigation legal needs, including matters which may result in a trial, arbitration or mediation.
In addition to trying lawsuits at court, Paul practices in business law by advocating for those with contract disputes, non-compete agreement issues and employment matters. He has successfully represented those suffering from personal injuries which occur at work or from the negligence of another person or company. Paul has also worked extensively in arbitration before arbitration panels and an NASD panel. Paul has successfully settled dozens of litigation disputes at mediation.
